Introduction
Acele Fayne Designs ("Acelefayne", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect on acelefayne.com, why, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only, not to websites we build for clients.
Information you give us
When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, the service and budget you select, and your message. We store this in our secured content system so we can reply and keep a record of our conversation. We do not sell it.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites we use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising. These tools set cookies and collect your IP address, device information and pages viewed. We also send a server-side "Lead" event to Meta when you submit the contact form; your email and phone are hashed before they leave our server and your message is never sent. IP addresses stored with form submissions are hashed.
Bot protection
The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which analyses browser signals to tell people from bots. Turnstile is designed to work without tracking you across sites. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.
How we use information
To reply to your enquiry and provide quotes; to deliver services you buy; to improve the website; to measure marketing; and to meet legal obligations. We rely on your consent and our legitimate interest in running a business.
Sharing
We share information only with the providers needed to run the site: our hosting company, our email provider, Google (Analytics), Meta (Pixel and Conversions API) and Cloudflare (Turnstile). Each processes data under its own privacy terms. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies
Analytics and advertising cookies are set by Google and Meta. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use Google’s opt-out browser add-on, and adjust your ad preferences in your Meta account.
Retention
Contact form submissions are kept while we may work together and for up to three years afterwards for our records, then deleted. Analytics data is retained according to Google and Meta’s default settings.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. Residents of California and the EU/UK have additional rights under the CCPA and GDPR, which we honour.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, our content system requires two-factor authentication, form submissions are validated and rate limited, and we keep software up to date. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive information through the contact form.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
