Terms of Service

1. Who we are
These terms govern the services provided by Acele Fayne Designs ("Acelefayne", "we"), a web design and development studio based in Ocala, Florida. By requesting a quote, accepting a proposal, or paying a deposit you agree to these terms.
2. Quotes and scope
Every project starts with a written quote describing the deliverables, timeline and price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins. Package prices on this website are starting points and may change; the price in your accepted quote is the one that applies.
3. Payment
Projects are billed 50% on acceptance and 50% on completion, unless your quote says otherwise. Recurring services such as hosting, maintenance and SEO are billed in advance monthly or yearly and can be cancelled with 30 days notice. Late payments may pause work.
4. Your content and cooperation
You agree to provide text, images, logos and access (for example to your domain registrar) in a timely way, and you confirm you have the right to use everything you give us. Delays in providing content extend the timeline accordingly.
5. Revisions
Each package includes the number of revision rounds listed in your quote. Additional rounds are available at our standard hourly rate.
6. Ownership
When your project is paid in full, you own the website design, code and content we produced for you. We keep the right to display the work in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us not to. Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins, platforms such as Shopify) remain subject to their own licences.
7. Hosting and maintenance
Hosting includes server space, SSL and routine backups. Maintenance plans cover updates, security monitoring and small content changes as described in the plan. We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party providers, but we will work to restore service quickly.
8. Warranties and liability
We deliver work with reasonable skill and care and fix defects reported within 30 days of launch at no charge. Beyond that, services are provided "as is". Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
9. Cancellation
You may cancel a project at any time. Deposits cover work already completed and are non-refundable. Work completed to date will be delivered to you on request.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to new quotes; existing projects follow the terms in force when the quote was accepted.
